Our fantastic Playgroup is available for your Birthday Bash! Come in out of the cold to enjoy our heated room with tables, soft play equipment, toys, kitchen, and extra large fridge! We are only able to accept bookings from Members. Buy membership here.
Head to our booking calendar to book a Saturday or a Sunday. We can only accept booking from members.
You can enter your details, pay, and accept out t&c, all through the website.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have paid. Please contact our Weekend Bookings Co-ordinator if you have any questions or if you haven't received your confirmation email.
Make some magical memories with your little one. Don't forget to tidy up after yourself and follow our checkout procedure.
DETAILS
🟣You must be a current member of our Playgroup to book.
🟣Bookings are specifically limited to children's parties. No alcohol is to be consumed on the premises.
🟣One event can take place per day, on Saturdays between 9am-5pm and Sundays 10am-5pm.
🟣The actual event cannot be longer than 3 hours, with 1 hour either side for set up and clean up.
🟣There is a one-off booking fee of $150.
🟣To secure the date of your event, check the date you wish to book is available, then proceed to compete the Booking Form and pay the fee online.
🟣No more than 40 people can attend the event
🟣Please do not stick anything on the walls. Any mess or residue on windows should be cleaned off.
🟣Our lease includes an Environmental Measures Clause, which specifically restricts the use of balloons and single‑use plastics. Wherever possible, please choose biodegradable decorations and materials, such as paper or biodegradable tape.
🟣External / commercial activities / entertainment (such as inflatable castles) are not covered by the SKP public liability insurance and therefore not allowed. Please note that the outside areas of the playgroup are not covered by our lease, and all birthday parties must be held within the playgroup area room.
🟣The SKPG executive committee reserve the right to withdraw bookings if certain circumstances arise.
🟣As our centre is in a residential area, please ensure noise is kept to a minimum as a courtesy to our surrounding neighbours.
🟣The centre must be left clean and tidy. Please make sure you follow the Checkout Closing Down Instructions and Guidelines and send the required photos
🟣There is a big fridge that can used to store food in the storage room, but we a nut free facility.
